Thank you for shopping with Gallivanting Gurt! We strive to provide you with high-quality, unique products. As a print-on-demand business, each item is made to order specifically for you. Please review our return policy carefully.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  • We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos of the incorrect item, along with your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Print-on-Demand Limitations:

  • As our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
    • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer.
    • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and color options before placing your order.

Refunds:

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once an order is sent to production, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
